Forward Careers offers a full range of services to assist businesses and employers with their hiring needs. In conjunction with our Career Planners, we develop relationships with hiring managers to help job match Forward Careers' clients for successful employment. We use several digital tools to post jobs and help you expand your candidate search.

 

Additionally, our Business Solutions Team can provide businesses with current information on available tax incentives, labor market information, and training grant resources.

• Employee Tax Credits: Programs that provide tax credit incentives that can increase the take-home pay of employees at no cost to the employer.

• Fidelity Bonding (FB): A federal program that provides Fidelity Bonds to anyone who is not eligible for commercial bonding, at no cost to the employers or employees.

• Handshake: An online employment database for students and alumni to find jobs and employers looking to hire candidates.

​

• Inspire Southeast Wisconsin: A platform to help businesses become more visible with building talent supply chains and seamless connections with educators and students  throughout the state via digital media.

• Job Center of Wisconsin: Post your job openings, search, and preview profiles of qualified candidates. Email selected candidates immediately from the comfort of your home or office. Statewide job listings can be accessed by job seekers anywhere the Internet can be accessed.

• WisConomy: Access advanced query tools to create custom tools and learn about labor market and economic data.

• WisConnect: A free online resource that matches college students with internships by location, college major and key skills.​​​

 

• Wisconsin Fast Forward (WFF): A worker training grant program that helps address the crucial need for skilled workers in Wisconsin by making funds available for demand-driven workforce training.​

• Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC): A federal income tax credit that provides an incentive for private for profit employers to hire individuals of certain target groups, which have traditionally faced significant barriers to employment.
