BankWork$ Program Expands to Waukesha County


Forward Careers is excited to announce the expansion of the BankWork$ program, offered by Employ Milwaukee, to Waukesha! Inquiries are now open for the next training cohort, which begins on October 23, with additional cohorts available on a rolling quarterly basis. This program presents an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the banking and financial services industry.


BankWork$ is an eight-week, no-cost training program designed to equip participants with the essential skills needed to succeed in banking. The program covers key areas such as customer service, banking fundamentals, and job readiness. Upon graduation, participants will be well-prepared for entry-level positions such as Teller, Customer Service Representative, or Personal Banker.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
