Over 400 Job Seekers attend April's Job Fair

On April 24, Forward Careers coordinated another successful job fair with 430 job seekers and 136 businesses. This event is designed to give hiring organizations the opportunity to showcase their company, network with peers, meet with workforce development professionals and job seekers, and recruit job seekers for their internships and full-time employment in a short period of time. For job seekers, the event is an opportunity to meet public and private-sector business to make a lasting impression and gather contact information for follow-up on the same day.


With an overall 81% business satisfaction rate, the job fair was a win-win for both businesses and job seekers.

The job fair was led by Forward Careers, Inc. and in partnership with Chick-fil-la of Pewaukee, Greater Milwaukee Jobs, Waukesha County Business Alliance, Waukesha County Center for Growth, Waukesha County Technical College, and the Workforce Development Center.
