CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) TRAINING PROGRAM

Forward Careers is requesting proposals from qualified training institutions to administer a short-term training program designed to equip participants with the skills needed to succeed as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in healthcare settings. The program will serve individuals with barriers to employment who reside in Waukesha, Ozaukee, and Washington Counties and are eligible for the Reducing Barriers to Employment & Advancement grant-funded services.

The total grant allocation for this program is $32,000, supporting all associated training costs, including background checks, uniforms, vaccines, and exams. For details, please review the CNA RFP linked below.

​Timeline

• Questions should be submitted by 12:00 pm CST on December 6, 2024 via email to Forward Careers at contact@forwardcareers.org.

• An electronic copy of the proposal should be submitted no later than 12:00 CST on December 23, 2024 15 via email to contact@forwardcareers.org with a Subject Line: Response to CNA RFP.
